And it was just enough for the dogs to enjoy it.
Our first snow-days of the year, I was outside with the dogs, and I wasn't getting anything done. ~Charlie and Cissy in the background~ |
Even if the winter isn't quite at an end, what is finally coming to an end is my not feeling well. Thank-you all for sending your healing-vibes, I think they made a difference! I hope you're doing well and having a good week!!

We can so learn from the animals, can't we, my friend. Make a playday despite whatever life throws at you... including snowballs! :-)
ReplyDeleteSo happy you're feeling better, Kim! Hold on... spring is on the way. 13 more days according to the weatherman!! Even though we still have much snow on the ground here too... and the temperature is only 27 right now... I have the picture window open just a crack, to let in the glorious smell of fresh air.
It's coming, girl... spring is coming. Hang on!!
Love ya~ Andrea
May this winter be the exception and not the rule. Good that you are feeling better. Sweet shots and that bread needs to be sent to Skoog Farm.
ReplyDeleteDear Kim, I know we are all so very tired of snow and winter, but have to say your photos make it so beautiful! I am so ready for spring, even though it won't be here for several more months. Glad you are feeling better; stay warm and stay healthy-you are so important to all of us!

ReplyDeleteHave to say your snow might be long lasting and you'll obviously be glad to say goodbye to it, but the photos are great - it all looks so pretty. I especially like your last photo (but then you probably guessed that, lol) :-)
Yum, the smell of bread baking makes everything better.
ReplyDeleteto think you have that beautiful snow on your lawn while we have beautiful green grass and 80 degree weather. There is something wrong. We in Miami, Florida have had no cold days. I just wish it would be in the 60's for a week or two.
ReplyDeleteGlad to know that you and Todd are feeling better. The bread looks very yummy.
Ana
That banana bread just looks soooooo delectable and worth not playing with the dogs....but just.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, it's the last snow for the season. Crazy weather. Wonder what Mother Nature has in store for you this summer.

Happy you are feeling better. Love seeing the dogs playing in the snow . . . snowy noses are the best!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are feeling better. I love watching dogs galloping around in the snow and getting little frozen snouts! Its very spring like in the UK today with temps at about 12C. This has created a light spring frenzy in Luigi dog and he is being particularly wild!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim
ReplyDeleteWe're glad to read that you're feeling better. How about sharing the banana bread recipe?
Take care

I totally agree...so tired of winter this year. And we are supposed to get more snow this week. I find myself asking will it ever end?? Todd is just adorable and it's obvious the dogs love the snow! Glad to hear you are feeling better!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't really get 'snow days' in Canada. Otherwise, our offices and stores would never be open! LOL! It sure does make for pretty scenery and happy pups though! :)
ReplyDeletexo Catherine
It is still so hard to imagine - I'm wandering around in shorts and getting a tan. You guys are all welcome (pups included) to come and vacation with us here in AZ!
