CarrieAnne disappeared to her private swimming hole this evening. As you can see she was quite happy with herself when she returned. However she was covered in mud and needed a bath. So I told her: Don't do the crime...
If you can't do the time....
Hope your week is off to a better start than CarrieAnne's evening!
Oh, no! Poor Carrie Anne! She looks so pleased with herself in the first photo. :)
ReplyDeleteShe most likely enjoyed the time too..water is water! LOL
ReplyDeleteoh that is hilarious! a sadder dog face, you'll never see!
ReplyDeleteOh, what a look on her face in the bathtub! I'm sorry for the extra work it causes you, but there's something about CarrieAnne disappearing for her little adventures that tickles me to the bone!
ReplyDeleteLove the two different looks in the photos, top one big smile, "I am so happy," bottom one, "boy O boy I guess I really did it this time."

LOL! Thanks for this laugh today, Kim. I needed it. This is great!! Give that sweet smelling sweetie a hug for me!
ReplyDelete"Oh CarrieAnne, what's your game now, can anybody play?" I honestly don't remember who sang it Kim, but it certainly fits...:)JP
ReplyDeleteOh dear me, poor Carrie Anne! Hopefully you'll get a bit of rain so her swimming hole won't have any muddy patches around it anymore!
ReplyDelete:) thanks for the smile Kim...so cute!
ReplyDeleteLooks like somebody drained the pond! Yucky mess, at least she didn't go there this morning!
ReplyDeleteAwww Carrie Ann! I am sure it was still worth it, right? I would have loved to see you dive in your swimmin' hole!
ReplyDeleteCarrieAnne and I have a lot in common today! I was putting in a raspberry bed and ended up about as muddy. I'm behind in commenting - and posting for that matter!
ReplyDeleteHope all is well!

yea, nothing like the bathtub to wipe that I-love-how-muddy-I-am smile off a dog's face!
ReplyDeleteLove it! :)
ReplyDeleteEaston would be her soul mate. He spent all his time in the pond at his temp home. He and CarrieAnne would have a splish splash good time.
ReplyDeleteOh look at her face, both before and after! Really funny photos!
ReplyDeleteBut I'm sure it was still worth it, eh Carrie Ann?!
x
Hhahahahah!! o dear !! ...she is not happy now........enjoy your new week darling...love Ria...xxx...
ReplyDeleteHow long before she does it again ?
ReplyDeleteCarrieAnne, you must show me where your secret spot is one day!
ReplyDeleteOh how I love the faces on both of these pics.
ReplyDeleteMy golden loved all bodies of water except that in the bath tub! I see CarrieAnne feels the same way.
The first of many! Hah!
ReplyDeleteshe looks as happy as Molly is whenever she has to have a bath!!!
ReplyDeleteGill
Good girl, Carrie Ann... you came home. My Jamie would still be swimming.
ReplyDeleteInfact, she is probably doing just that in her Doggie Heaven.
Oh my doesn't she looked thrilled with her circumstance?
ReplyDeleteJust be grateful no skunk was involved! :)

Haha ~ she looks so happy in the first photo all covered in mud and then not so happy in the bathtub. Poor pup ~ just wanted a little fun time!
ReplyDeleteToo cute.

Oh, poor CarrieAnne. It looks like she had such a proud moment too!
ReplyDeleteStaci
I so admire you for what you do for these dogs!
ReplyDeletePerhaps she secretly loves a bath?
ReplyDeletePoor girl! She had her hair exactly the way she likes it!
ReplyDeleteSam
What a change in expression. She's so happy in the first shot and not so much in the second. Samba rolled in mud yesterday and had a bath as a reward.
ReplyDeleteCarrie Anne would LOVE to hang with Sophie! They'd have a ball and find the neatest/dirtiest places to swim!!!
