We Begin Again

While I'm (of course) still saddened by the loss of Bubba, I'm ready to get up, dust myself off and begin again.  Yesterday Toby rolled in the grass, and playfully ran off in another direction when I called him.
Even though Toby still at times seems a bit withdrawn,  I think he's ready too, that spark is back.
Thank-you again for your friendship and support.
Enjoy your Tuesday.

  1. That is so great that Toby has come back. He is such a cutey pie. I see so much Roscoe in him. Love it. I guess this is what my Roscoe will look like once he is older.
Is the white around the face a sign of aging? How old is Toby? He is gorgeous. Love reading when you blog about the animals. Whether it is good news or sad news I enjoy your post.

  3. heart warming to see toby's upside down smile! and the puppy love that todd is giving him is so special to see. they do communicate! people who are with dogs closely all the time know full well about such communication.
you did not need the sheba-carrie ann drama right now! although that kind of thing does take ones mind of other troubles.
your blog is a roller coaster of life itself!

  36. Hi Kim
I agree with KB- Toby is leading the way- and is reaching out for you to join him.
And Todd's energy and smile is just what we all need.
We have been thinking of you. Mother Earth is twirling in circles and keeps throwing new curves at us! A few days ago it was 28- today wa 55, wind and now rain- I wonder about tomorrow.
We think of you all the time- take time to heal.
