I really don't know how it all began...
Maybe it started with a little suggestion from Charlie...
That what one terrier can do....
Two terriers can do better....
Well, whatever it was, you just have to love their mutual cooperation!
And the size of the hole that I had to fill by myself afterwards while they relaxed.
So much for mutual cooperation!
I hope you're enjoying your weekend as much as this squirrel is enjoying the suet!
How cute! What one can think of the other finds interesting as well!
ReplyDeleteHow big was the hole? Enough to plant a bulb? :-)
Wonderful photos ! Oh Todd you do know how to get into a fix don't you ? lol ! Loving the greenery there , we have lovely sunshine and the temps are slowly rising but the snow seems to be taking for ever to melt away ! Glad to see all is well with you and your crew ! Have a great weekend !
ReplyDeleteOh my. Those kids of yours!!! What a fun group (at least for those of us not fixing the fix they get into!!).
ReplyDeleteChilly and cloudy with snow last night. I'm personally OVER winter!!
Have a wonderful weekend.
Mare
Scotties love a good dig
ReplyDeleteIt's in their genes
Ha ha ha! But they're so cute in their cooperation! It's much easier for me to admire it since I didn't have to fill the hole! :P
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, I agree, two Terriers are better then one.....Both are sweethearts....Enjoyed the post, made me smile, I feel as nutty as the Squirrel, ha ha......Blessings Francine.
ReplyDeletebig smile for the little stinkers!!!
ReplyDelete:D
Aww, don't you just love them. Of course I have a particular soft spot for Todd, I think he could get away with just about most things with me! Lol
ReplyDeleteSebastian is a digger, but there's never any dirt to refill the hole. He makes it disappear.
ReplyDeleteMoms always have to clean up after the kids! ;)
ReplyDeleteCute squirrel!

Cooperation makes all things better. Come on ya gotta love it. I do.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
Synchronized digging. We love it! Well done, boys.
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
TEam work. That really helps get a project done sooner.
ReplyDeleteI love the squirrel picture. WE are squirrel fans around here.

Your previous post was so true. I was glad the sauce didn't fall on top of him, he would have been a very red little dog. I can't imagine having two terriers up to no good!!
ReplyDeleteTodd probably wouldn't have done it if he wasn't egged on by his companion. On the other hand, perhaps you could plant a little shrub or some tall grasses in one or three of his holes. Landscaping by Todd!

Kim that's what Moon, Copper and I call TEAMWORK...The Eager And Man Wonder Over Rodent Kismet...:)JP
ReplyDeleteHi Kim, Love seeing your two pups helping each other but I wouldn't be happy with a huge hole. Hunter has dug up a couple of small areas(of dead grass)-probably after grubs or something. I'm hoping he doesn't continue. Have a wonderful weekend!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Noreen
A great series of photos of Todd and Charlie working together!
ReplyDeleteHa! If I had to hang like that to get a snack I would be in much better shape!! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYay for double digging!
ReplyDeletePeeS... My peep and I are blown away by Todd's beautiful gold coat!
Dogs are so smart! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!
ReplyDelete*hugs* ♥ :-)
Terrier bliss.
ReplyDeleteHa! Terrier Bliss indeed!! My granddog is a westie mix and he is always into something! My daughter wants to get him a sister....another terrier! Perhaps I should pass this post on to her!! Happy Sunday! xo Jeanne
ReplyDeleteHow sweet!! I love seeing that Todd and Charlie have found something to bond over!!

Kim,
ReplyDeleteI got a good laugh at the two of them digging the hole with their faces deep inside. I wonder what they where searching for, or just wanted to smell the dirt. They are just so cute and I love seeing the pictures and your wonderful words to fill in the captions.
Have a great weekend.
Woof! Woof! I am sure that Todd was the main instagator of it. Hope the Golden Pines gang are having a great weekend. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteI've got two mares I can't put together because they come up with all kinds of mischief - including taking hinges and gates apart!
ReplyDeleteSam
Hi Y'all!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stoppin' to visit me!
I just learned something...why my Human never allows me out of her sight! Why just yesterday...why that's a story for mischief Monday!
Y'all come back now!

They sure have fun!
ReplyDeleteYou have such a lovely blog! We have now our first Golden retriever, called Mickey. He's about 4,5 months old now. Earlier we've had three Rottweilers.
ReplyDeleteSatu from Finland
I'm smiling all the while scrolling down seeing each photo. What a pair of terriers you have there. I think Todd is the instigator, he just has that look.
ReplyDeleteHaha! Charlie and Todd have that 'accomplished' look on their faces.
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a good weekend Kim!
Two heads are always better than one!
ReplyDeleteThey are so sweet together. :)
ReplyDeleteThey look as though they haven`t done a thing wrong! They helped you plant a bulb! Hope Carl is feeling better trotting around with his crutches,Phyllis
ReplyDeleteWhat a dynamic duo, digging toward the center of the Earth together! Sorry that you had to fill it back in... but you have a marvelous attitude. I loved your last post about seeing the good in things, especially when you told about the soup...
ReplyDeleteToo cute...and two dogs can dig that much faster then one.
ReplyDeleteLOL.
