The coldest day since last winter with temperatures that didn't get above freezing all day. The hummingbird feeder left out for any stragglers, was frozen almost solid.
The Goldens on days like this, had moments of being invigorated by the cold, but preferred the warmth of the inside.

handsome and tough. :) i meant to say this morning that i loved your header. :)
ReplyDeleteBRR! That Todd is a handsome fellow~!! Sorry for belated comment, but have kept up on my phone, so comments there are few and far between for me! Glad to hear how your pack is doing-so many trials of late it seems but thankful things have gone in an upward direction healthwise for them. You truly are my hero-not letting the sadness of trials and loss keep you from being brave and loving...hugs to you and many...many...thanks for all you do! What a dear braveheart you are!
ReplyDeletethat scarf is awesome

Oh my gosh, Todd in that scarf! I can hardly stand it! We had lots of cold weather here, too, and I admit, I am just not ready for it. Brr!
ReplyDeleteTodd, you are one handsome devil!
ReplyDeleteToddie is a Scottie boy and they can handle any kind of weather! He is one handsome guy and that scarf doesn't hurt him a bit!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Stella and Jo
He's so handsome! I have always loved the look of a Scottie, ever since I was a little kid.
ReplyDeleteTypical Scottie attitude.
ReplyDeleteHe is always mentioning the time, when I was a little tiny pup, it was the middle of winter, he took me out in the middle of the night for a wee break... I stepped out onto the icy cement, lay down, and went to... sleep...
I don't think he'l ever get over it.
A scottie...you're darn tootin'.
ReplyDeleteLove his scarf.
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
It is cute to see your two Golden snuggled into the one kennel cage. And Todd is a handsome dog! I hope you are staying warm there, it cold out there.
ReplyDeleteHave a happy Thanksgiving and week ahead!
Morning Kim, love Todd with the scarf, what a beautiful picture.....warmed up here a bit, but still snow on the ground, Keep Cozy, Francine.
ReplyDeleteTodd is so cute and he definitely looks stoic. Looks like he may be waiting for snow. xxx
ReplyDeleteThose Scottsmen are tough boys!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteAs much as my pack loves the cold, the winds this weekend were too much and they hurried out and right back inside again.
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. Can't believe two dogs fit in that crate. It has been very cold here too.
ReplyDeleteWhat's freezing weather to a Scottie ? It's in the blood !
ReplyDeleteI was noticing Sampson running in the field yesterday, just enjoying the fresh, crisp air. He lies more and more in warm spots lately, but every now and again i still catch him sitting outside enjoying.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos.
Hi there, Hunter loves to be outside in the snow-actually rolls around in it and buries his head & ears in it. Silly pup! I thought of your Todd today-went to Vista Prints website and they have Christmas cards with Scotties on them.
ReplyDeleteHave a great afternoon.
Noreen

Love these pictures...sharing is caring!! Todd looks very handsome in his blue woolen scarf!! xo Jeanne
ReplyDeleteOh - love those two sharing their bed and love Todd's plaid scarves! He is "something else"! So cute!
ReplyDeleteYes, looks like the Hummingbird feeder is frozen, hopefully all those stragglers have already flew South, and have missed the cold.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute shot of those two sharing their crate, and Todd is a true Scotsman, cold weather doesn't stop them from wearing their kilts, or in Todd-boy's case his tartan scarf.
Happy Thanksgiving Kim to you and yours at Golden Pines.
Hugs,
~Jo
Your goldens look so tired, but adorable as always! And Todd looks like real scot with his scarf!!♥
