Waiting on Shelby

This is the moment when Shelby's life came to a standstill and she wouldn't get up to go outside, for whatever reason - She can be a stubborn girl at times. So, I decided to bribe her. And while I waited for the treat to have its desired affect, I started a stopwatch. Any guesses as to how long it took Shelby to finally get up and get the treat and go outside? Answer tomorrow. 😊

  1. Well, if that was my Labrador Inca, I'd say 10 seconds, but perhaps Shelby is a little older and slower. 1 minute?

  3. She looks very interested in that treat so we guess under 10 seconds.

  4. What a great picture. She's watching the treat intently, but she may have taken her time to pick it up. With no other dogs around. I bet if she even as much as heard another dog in another room, she'd go for the treat quickly.

  5. Shelby, you look so contented there, just focusing. Maybe 5 minutes? Time to make a coffee and feed the rest of the crew.
